Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 29 July 2020, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 28 September 2020 up to and including 2 October 2020. Krka acquired 3,605 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 304,862 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 28 September 2020:        1,249   shares at a VWAP of EUR 85.90,

- on 29 September 2020:        1,001   shares at a VWAP of EUR 84.80,

- on 30 September 2020:        1,050   shares at a VWAP of EUR 83.15 and

- on 2 October 2020:                 305   shares at a VWAP of EUR 83.20.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Ilirika d.d., Intercaptial d.d, and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,479,533 representing 4.512% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,483,138 representing 4.523% of all shares issued.
