Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 27 May 2019 up to and including 31 May 2019. Krka acquired 10,378 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 627,246 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 27 May 2019:  2,678  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.18

- on 28 May 2019:  1,421  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.49

- on 29 May 2019:     735  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.40  

- on 30 May 2019:  2,992  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.25 and

- on 31 May 2019:  2,552  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.93

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 969,793 representing 2.957% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 980,171 representing 2.989% of all shares issued.
