Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 22 December 2017 up to and including 4 January 2018. Krka acquired 15,927 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 897,121 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 22 December 2017: 2,119 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.00,

- on 27 December 2017:    451 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.97,

- on 28 December 2017: 2,761 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.00,

- on 29 December 2017: 3,245 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.05,

- on 3 January 2018:       3,668 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.40 and

- on 4 January 2018:       3,683 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.50.   

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 689,147 representing 2.101% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 705,074 representing 2.150% of all shares issued.
