Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 5 January 2018 up to and including 11 January 2018. Krka acquired 13,469 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 770,998 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 5 January 2018:  3,132 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.39,

- on 8 January 2018:  2,514 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.93,

- on 9 January 2018:  3,485 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.50,

- on 10 January 2018:   955 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.77 and

- on 11 January 2018: 3,383 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.85.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 705,074 representing 2.150% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 718,543 representing 2.191% of all shares issued.
