Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 19 January 2018 up to and including 25 January 2018. Krka acquired 12,531 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 738,667 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 19 January 2018: 1,071 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.97,

- on 22 January 2018: 993 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.28,

- on 23 January 2018: 3,470 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 59.19,

- on 24 January 2018: 3,534 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 59.14 and

- on 25 January 2018: 3,463 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 59.01.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 726,202 representing 2.214% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 738,733 representing 2.253% of all shares issued.
