Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 20 August 2018 up to and including 23 August 2018. Krka acquired 2,689 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 155,399 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 20 August 2018: 514 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.10

- on 21 August 2018: 989 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.00

- on 22 August 2018: 242 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.80 and

- on 23 August 2018: 944 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.40.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 794,113 representing 2.422% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 796,802 representing 2.430% of all shares issued.
