Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 7 September 2018 up to and including 13 September 2018. Krka acquired 3,116 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 176,738 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 7 September 2018:     575   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.80

- on 11 September 2018:   739   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.77       

- on 12 September 2018:   532   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.59 and

- on 13 September 2018: 1,270   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.71.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 805,942 representing 2.458% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 809,058 representing 2.467% of all shares issued.
