Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 17 December 2018 up to and including 20 December 2018. Krka acquired 11,383 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 634,957 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 17 December 2018:     3,001  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.24

- on 18 December 2018:     2,821  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.78       

- on 19 December 2018:     2,684  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.20 and

- on 20 December 2018:     2,877  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.95

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 877,132 representing 2.675% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 888,515 representing 2.709% of all shares issued.
