Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 28 July 2017 up to and including 14 August 2017. Krka acquired 11,256 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 617,522 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 28 July:     2,288  shares at an average weighted price of EUR 54.98,

- on 31 July:     1,997  shares at an average weighted price of EUR 54.98,

- on 2 August:   2,546  shares at an average weighted price of EUR 54.84,

- on 3 August:   1,924  shares at an average weighted price of EUR 54.74,

- on 11 August     877  shares at an average weighted price of EUR 54.74 and

- on 14 August: 1,624  shares at an average weighted price of EUR 54.79.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 559,096 representing 1.705% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 570,352 representing 1.739% of all shares issued.
