Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 29 September 2017 up to and including 5 October 2017. Krka acquired 6,432 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 358,615 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 29 September: 1,763 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.95,

- on 3 October:        2,047 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.83,

- on 4 October:           775 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.36 and

- on 5 October:       1,847 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.65.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 638,842 representing 1.948% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 645,274 representing 1.968% of all shares issued.
