Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 6 October 2017 up to and including 12 October 2017. Krka acquired 6,162 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 350,002 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 6 October:        999 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.88,

- on 9 October:        462 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.12,

- on 10 October:      868 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.70,

- on 11 October:   2,008 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.02 and

- on 12 October:   1,825 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.28.  

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 645,274 representing 1.968% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 651,436 representing 1.986% of all shares issued.
