Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 16 November 2017 up to and including 23 November 2017. Krka acquired 6,922 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 381,078 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 13 November: 1,000 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.00,

- on 16 November:    884 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.91,

- on 20 November: 1,235 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.48,

- on 21 November: 1,298 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.48,

- on 22 November: 1,300 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.23

and

- on 23 November: 1,205 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.12.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 653,314 representing 1.992% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 660,236 representing 2.013% of all shares issued.
