Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 18 November 2016 up to and including 24 November 2016 Krka acquired 7,225 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 401,869 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 433,929 representing 1.323% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 441,184 representing 1.345% of all shares issued.
