Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and Article 147 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act, the company Krka, d. d., Novo mesto publishes controlled information:

We have received on 20 March 2023 the notification on change of major holdings from the company Allianz SE, Koeniginstrasse 28, 80802 Munich, Germany (hereinafter: Allianz SE).

Before the acquisition, company Allianz SE had 4.99% of indirect voting rights attached to shares with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120). Before this acquisition, company Allianz SE held no direct voting rights attached to shares and no voting rights trough financial instruments.

After the acquisition, company Allianz SE has 6.37% of indirect voting rights attached to shares with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120). After this acquisition, company Allianz SE has no direct voting rights attached to shares and no voting rights trough financial instruments.

The notice will be published on the Company’s website (www.krka.si) from 21. 3. 2023 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
