Proposal by the PanSlovenian Shareholders' Association (VZMD) rejected

On 4 September 2017 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto (hereafter Krka) received the resolution of the Novo mesto District Court. The court has rejected the proposal filed by the PanSlovenian Shareholders' Association (VZMD) to suppress the execution of Hans Helmut Fabry's duties as a member of the Supervisory Board. The Court stated that the PanSlovenian Shareholders' Association had not given duly evidence of damages that would be recoverable with difficulty due to Hans Helmut Fabry's collision of interests and that could result in opposing the interests of Krka. An appeal may be lodged against the decision within 8 days.
