At its constitutive session held on 9 September 2020, the Supervisory Board of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto elected Jože Mermal as a President of the Supervisory Board and Matej Lahovnik as a Deputy President, shareholder representative. Second Deputy President of the Supervisory Board, a representative of employees, is Franc Šašek.
