Resignation of the Supervisory Board member

On 12 March 2019 the President of the Supervisory Board of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto (hereafter Krka) received resignation statement from the Supervisory Board member, Mr. Hans-Helmut Fabry. Mr. Hans-Helmut Fabry stated in the statement that he is resigning from the Krka’s Supervisory Board effective on 12 March 2019. In the statement, Mr. Fabry thanked the President of the Supervisory Board, other Supervisory Board Members and Management Board Members for constructive cooperation. Presumably Mr. Fabry will start cooperating with a company that is Krka’s direct competitor.
