We are pleased to inform you that 29th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of Kriti Nutrients Limited is scheduled to be held on 13th day of August, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2025 in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and General Circular 09/2024 dated 19th September, 2024 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/P/CIR/2024/133 dated October 3, 2024 read with relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”). In compliance with Regulation 36(1) of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that copy of Notice convening the 29th AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year (FY) 2024-25 is being sent through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent/ Depository Participants.

We find that you have not registered email address against your Demat Account/ Folio Number. On account of this we are unable to send the annual report electronically to you. Hence pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 36(1)(b) of Listing Regulations, this letter is sent by the Company to inform you that the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025 along with the Notice of the 29th AGM is available on the website of the Company at weblink https://www.kritinutrients.com/annualreports.
