Subject: Disclosure under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding withdrawal of proposal for acquiring Corporate Power Limited as a going concern by the Krishna Ventures Limited (“the Company”) under the ordinary course of business of the Company

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company submitted a proposal for acquiring “M/s Corporate Power Limited – as a Going Concern” under Section 33 read with clause 2 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process), 2016, pursuant to the order of Hon’ble NCLT which was accepted by Liquidator and the stake holder committee.

The company was not able to secure funds from its investing partners and could not conclude the deal on time as per LOI.

We hereby inform to all stake holder that we could not comply the LOI terms and we are not pursuing the same anymore.
