Sub: NOTICE OF AGM & BOOK CLOSURE OF THE COMPANY

Notice is hereby given that the 40[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 30th September, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at 702, Corporate Centre, Opp. Hotel VITS, Andheri – Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 059 to transact the businesses mentioned in the Notice.

As per the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder read with the Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is pleased to provide to its members the facility to cast their votes through electronic means on all the resolutions set forth in the Notice. The e-voting will commence on Tuesday, 27th September, 2022 at 09:00 A.M. and will end on Thursday, 29th September, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. (both days inclusive). The Company has fixed September 23, 2022 as the cut-off date (record date) for the said purpose.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Register of Members and Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 24th September, 2022 to 30th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
