Appointment of Chief Financial Officer:

The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on Friday, November 11, 2022 has appointed Mr. Viralkumar Shireeshchandra Shah as Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel (“KMP”) in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO”) of the Company, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subsequently approved by the Audit Committee w.e.f. Thursday, December 01, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder and Regulation 30 read with applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time. Accordingly, we wish to inform the Stock Exchange that Mr. Viralkumar Shireeshchandra Shah has taken charge as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. Thursday, December 01, 2022.

Company further informs that Mr. Shubham Arun Jindal has been relieved from his duties from the closing hours of November 30, 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel in accordance with his resignation letter dated November 11, 2022.
