कोटा/नि.सं.। एनटीए द्वारा जेईई-मेन 2021 के चौथे व अंतिम सेशन का परीक्षा परिणाम जारी कर दिया गया है और इसमें एक बार फिर मोशन के 4 स्टूडेंट्स ने ऑल इंडिया टॉप-100 रैंक में अपनी जगह बनाई है तथा 37 स्टूडेंट्स ने टॉप 1000 में अपना

बुलेट ट्रेन के ट्रेक के लिए होगा भूमि अधिग्रहण, जनसुनवाई में मुआवजे का मुद्दा उठा

भीलवाड़ा ∕नि.सं.। जिले में बुलेट ट्रेन के लिए बनने वाले टेक में आने वाले कस्बों और गांवों के लोगों को जनसुनवाई के लिए बुलाया गया। इसमें करीब दो दर्जन गांवों के लोगों ने भाग लिया। जन सुनवाई में आए लोगों ने ट्रेक के लिए एक्वायर की जाने वाली भूमि के बदले मिलने वाले मुवावजे की राशि को लेकर सबसे अधिक पड़ताल की। अहमदाबाद से नई दिल्ली के मध्य प्रस्तावित बुलेट ट्रेन का भीलवाड़ा जिले में करीब 90 किलोमीटर लम्बा ट्रेक बनेगा तथा दो दर्जन से अधिक गांवों से गुजरेगा। इस परियोजना के लिए यहां नगर परिषद के सभागार में हुई जनसुनवाई में पुर, बरड़ौद, बनेड़ा रायला, गांव के लोगों ने भाग लिया।

जनसुनवाई के लिए नेशनल हाई स्पीड रेल कॉपोर्रेशन लिमिटेड के संयुक्त महाप्रबन्धक मार्तण्ड सिंह राठौड एवं प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने प्रोजेक्ट का मुआवजे के क्राइटेरिया के बारे में जानकारी जाने का मुद्दा भी चर्चा में रहा। बुलेट ट्रेन के चाही गई। उनका कहना है कि कई स्थान लिए एलिवेटेड ट्रेक बनाया जाएगा। इसके लिए करीब 161 हैक्टेयर भूमि की होगी पर सरकारी डीएलसी की दर से वास्तविक मूल्य अधिक होने की स्थिति में किसानों को जरूरत होगी। जनसुनवाई में जिला प्रशासन नुकसान होने की आशंका है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में के प्रतिनिधि एडीएम (प्रशासन) डॉ. राजेश अधिगृहित होने वाले जमीन का डीएलसी या गोयल, नगर परिषद सभापति राकेश पाठक, एसआईए के पर्यावरण सलाहकार विमल बाजार दर से चार गुना दिया जाएगा। जबकि शहरी क्षेत्र में दोगुनी दर से मिलेगा। मकान कुमार व ईआईए के सामाजिक सलाहकार विजयकुमार ने भी बुलेट ट्रेन कॉरिडोर की

मंत्रिमंडल ने 'बैड बैंक' के लिए सरकारी गारंटी के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी

नयी दिल्ली∕एजेंसी। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने बृहस्पतिवार को कहा कि केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने फंसे कर्ज के समाधान के लिए राष्टीय परिसंपत्ति पुर्नगठन कंपनी लिमिटेड (एनएआरसीएल) द्वारा जारी की जाने वाली प्रतिभूति रसं के लिए 30,600 करोड़ रुपये की सरकारी गारंटी देने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी। प्रस्तावित बैड बैंक यानी एनएआरसीएल कर्ज के लिए सहमत मूल्य का 15 प्रतिशत नकद भुगतान करेगा जबकि शेष 85 प्रतिशत सरकार द्वारा गारंटीकृत प्राप्त प्रतिभूति रसीद के यप में होगी। यदि तय मूल्य के मुकाबले नुकसान होता है, तो सरकारी गारंटी को भुनाया जायेगा। वित्त मंत्री ने इस फैसले के बारे में पत्रकारों से कहा कि बैंकों ने पिछले छह वर्षों में 5.01 लाख करोड़ रुपये के फंसे कर्ज की वसूली की है। इसमें से मार्च 2018 से अब तक 3.1 लाख करोड़ रुपये की वसूली हुई है।

नयी दिल्ली∕एजेंसी। दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने एक याचिका पर भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण (युआईडीएआई) तथा रिजर्व बैंक से जवाब मांगा है। इस याचिका में आरोप लगाया गया है कि गूगल पे अनधिकृत तरीके से लोगों के आधार और बैंकिंग सूचनाओं तक पहुंच रही है और उनका इस्तेमाल कर रही है। साथ ही याचिका में गूगल पे द्वारा इन सूचनाओं को अनधिकृत तरीके से भंडारित करने का भी आरोप लगाया गया है।

मुख्य न्यायाधीश डी एन पटेल तथा न्यायमूर्ति ज्योति सिंह की पीठ ने याचिका पर नोटिस जारी करते हुए गूगल इंडिया डिजिटल सर्विसेज प्राइवेट लि. से भी अपना रुख स्पष्ट करने को कहा है। अर्थशास्त्री अभिजीत मिश्रा की याचिका पर अगली सनवाई आठ नवंबर को होगी। याचिका में कहा गया कि गगल पे के नियम और शर्तों में कहा गया है कि वह पक्षों के भुगतान से संबंधित ब्योरे (बैंक खाते और आधार ब्योरे) को स्टोर कर रही है। जबकि संबंधित प्राधिकरणों की ओर से इस तरह की कोई अनुमति नहीं दी गई है।

याचिका में कहा गया है कि निजी क्षेत्र की कंपनी होने के नाते गुगल पे नागरिकों की आधार और बैंकिंग सूचनाओं को जुटाने, इस्तेमाल करने और स्टोर करने का अधिकार नहीं है। एक अन्य याचिका में याचिकाकर्ता ने दावा किया है कि गूगल पे रिजर्व बैंक से उचित मंजूरी के बिना ही वित्तीय लेनदेन

को सुविधा दे रही है।

केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने बृहस्पतिवार को कहा कि देश में अच्छी सड़कों और दूसरी बेहतर ढांचागत सुविधाओं के लिये लोगों को भुगतान करने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने एक्सप्रेसवे से यात्रा में लगने वाले समय और ईंधन लागत में कमी के बारे में भी बताया।

सोहना में दिल्ली-मुंबई एक्सप्रेसवे (डीएमई) की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए सड़क परिवहन मंत्री गडकरी ने कहा कि जिन किसानों की एक्सप्रेसवे के पास जमीन है, उसे उन्हें रियल्टी डेवलपर को नहीं बेचना चाहिए। बल्कि उनके साथ भागीदारी करनी चाहिए और सड़क किनारे सुविधाओं का निर्माण करना चाहिए। पथकर की वजह से यात्रा खर्च में वृद्धि के बारे में मंत्री ने कहा, ''अगर आप एयर कंडीशन युक्त हॉल उपयोग करना चाहते हैं, उसके लिये आपको पैसे खर्च करने पड़ते हैं। अन्यथा, आप खुले में

भी शादी का आयोजन कर सकते हैं।''

गडकरी ने कहा कि एक्सप्रेसवे से यात्रा समय में उल्लेखनीय रूप से कमी आएगी। इससे ईंधन की लागत भी कम होगी।

उन्होंने कहा, ''दिल्ली-मुंबई एक्सप्रेसवे से यात्रा समय में 12 घंटे की कमी आएगी। एक ट्रक को दिल्ली से मुंबई जाने में 48 घंटे लगते हैं। लेकिन इस एक्सप्रेसवे से वह 18 घंटे में पहुंचेगा।'' गडकरी ने कहा, ''इसका मतलब है कि ट्रक अधिक फेरे लगा सकता है। यानी अधिक कारोबार कर सकता है।''

फूड डिलिवरी ऐप को रेस्तरां मानने, पांच प्रतिशत कर लगाने पर चर्चा करेगी जीएसटी परिषद

नयी दिल्ली∕एजेंसी। माल एवं सेवा कर (जीएसटी) परिषद जोमैटो और स्विगी जैसे फूड डिलिवरी ऐप को रेस्तरां मानने और उनके द्वारा की जाने वाली आपूर्ति पर पांच प्रतिशत जीएसटी लगाने के प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा कर सकती है। एक अधिकारी ने यह जानकारी दी

इन फूड डिलिवरी ऐप को उनके माध्यम से आपूर्ति की जाने वाली रेस्तरां संबंधी सेवाओं पर जीएसटी का भुगतान करने के लिए उत्तरदायी बनाने का प्रस्ताव उन चार दर्जन से अधिक प्रस्तावों में से एक है जिनपर परिषद आज 17 सितंबर को लखनऊ में अपनी बैठक में चर्चा करेगी।

इस संबंध में मंजूरी मिलने पर इन ऐप को अपने सॉफ्टवेयर में बदलाव करने के लिए निश्चित समय दिया जाएगा ताकि इस तरह का कर लगाने में मदद मिले।

जीएसटी परिषद द्वारा मंजूरी दिए जाने के बाद, इन ऐप को उनके द्वारा की जाने वाली डिलिवरी के लिए सरकार के पास जीएसटी जमा करना होगा। वे रेस्तरां की जगह पर यह जीएसटी देंगे। हालांकि अंतिम उपभोक्ताओं पर किसी अतिरिक्त कर का बोझ नहीं पड़ेगा।

जयपुर∕का.सं.। राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय एक याचिका की सुनवाई करते हुए राजस्थान द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना पर अन्तरिक रोक लगा दी है राज्य सरकार द्वारा दिनांक 30.07.2021 को एक अधिसूचना जारी कर राज्य में न्युनतम वेतन में बढ़ोतरी की थी एवं इसे 01.07.2020 से लागू किया गया था। न्यूनतम वेतन सलाहकार मण्डल की बैठक में नियोक्ता प्रतिनिधियों ने पूर्व प्रभावी दिनांक से लाग करने का विरोध किया था। जबकि राज्य सरकार दिनांक 04.02.2021 को राज्य में न्यूनतम मजदूरी की दरों में संशोधन/पुनरीक्षित करने हेतू एक अधिसूचना जारी की गई थी उसमें स्पष्ट रूप से अंकित था कि उक्त मजदूरी की दरें अन्तिम अधिसूचना जारी होने की तिथि से लागू होगी। याचिका की सुनवाई करते हुए माननीय राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय ने दिनांक 01.07.2020 की गई वृद्धि को गलत माना तथा माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा 01.07.2020 ये की गई वृद्धि पर अन्तरिम रोक लगा दी है तथा इसे दिनांक 30.07.2021 से इसकी पालना हेतू आदेश प्रदान किये हैं।

महामारी के समय जनधन-आधार-मोबाइल की तिगड़ी पासा पलटने वाली साबित हुई : सीतारमण

''आधार कार्ड को बैंक खातों से जोड़ने से

केवाईसी- सत्यापित खातों में मदद मिली। जैम

का तीसरा महत्वपूर्ण अंश मोबाइल है, जहां पैसे

जमा होने की जानकारी समेत सरकारी

योजनाओं के लाभ (मनरेगा) की भी जानकारी

दी जा रही है।'' वही बैठक की अध्यक्षता करने

वाले केंद्रीय वित्त राज्य मंत्री भागवत कराड ने

कहा कि अब सरकार का ध्यान 18 वर्ष की आयु

तक पहुंचने वालों के जन धन खाते खोलने पर

होगा। इसके अलावा पंजाब नेशनल बैंक के

मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी एवं प्रबंध निदेशक

एस एस मझिकार्जुन राव ने कहा, ''सरकार ने

अर्थव्यवस्था को पटरी पर लाने के लिए समय

पर और प्रभावी कदम उठाए हैं। इसने उन लोगों

को मदद मिली, जिन्होंने देश के उद्यमियों, उद्योग

और कृषि खंड में अपनी नौकरी खो दी थी।''

वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने बृहस्पतिवार को कहा कि जन धन-आधार-मोबाइल (जैम) की तिगड़ी ने कोविड-19 महामारी के दौरान देश के अंतिम छोर में रह रहे नागरिकों तक पहुंचने में मदद की और यह व्यवस्था तस्वीर बदल देने वाली साबित हुई।
