Kreate Group Plc's Annual Review for 2024 has been published on the company's website at https://kreate.fi/en/investor/reports/. The Annual Review 2024 includes an overview of the company, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration report 2024, the Report by the Board of Directors and the Financial statements 2024. The Report of the Board of Directors includes the Sustainability Report compiled in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
Annual Review in Finnish is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML) format. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements, the notes to the consolidated financial statements and the company identification data included in the ESEF financial statements data have been marked up with iXBRL tags. KPMG Oy Ab, authorised public accountants, has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Kreate's iXBRL tags in accordance with ISAE 3000.
The Annual Review is available in PDF and xHTML formats at Kreate's website and as attachments to this stock exchange release. Publications in PDF format are available in Finnish and English, but the xHTML file of the Annual Review is published only in Finnish.
