Kreate Group Plc will publish its financial reports 2023 as follows:

31.1.2023 Financial Statement Release for financial period ending on 31 December 2022

28.4.2023 Interim Report for January–March 2023

19.7.2023 Half Year Financial Report for January–June 2023

25.10.2023 Interim Report for January–September 2023

Kreate observes a silent period of 30 days before publishing interim reports, half-year reports and financial statements. During the silent period company's spokespersons do not comment on the company's financial situation or general outlook, nor meet investors or analysts.

Kreate Group's Financial Review for 2022 will be available in Finnish and English athttps://kreate.fi/en/ during the week 9, 2023.

Kreate Group's Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Kreate Group's Board of Directors will give a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting.
