KREATE GROUP PLC: NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Kreate Group Plc ("Kreate") has today received a notification in accordance with
Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act from Intera Partners
Oy ("Intera"), according to which Intera's indirect holding of the shares in and
votes of Kreate decreased to 12.54 percent and Intera's indirect holding through
financial instruments increased above the threshold of 5 percent on 19 February
2021. The change was due to a share lending agreement signed by Intera Fund II
Ky ("Intera Fund"), a partnership ultimately controlled by Intera, and Danske
Bank A/S, Finland branch ("Danske Bank") in connection with the Initial Public
Offering of Kreate on 19 February 2021, according to which Intera Fund has on 19
February 2021 lent 632,437 existing shares in Kreate to Danske Bank. The share
lending did not affect the aggregate total holdings of Intera, which amount to
1,752,410 shares including the lent shares.
