Kreate Group Plc ("Kreate") has today on 6 September 2021 received a notification in accordance with chapter 9, section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act from Intera Partners Oy.
According to the notification the holding in Kreate's shares and votes of Intera Fund II Ky, which is a company controlled by Intera Partners Oy, has fallen below the thresholds of ten (10) and five (5) per cent on 3 September 2021. According to the notification, the reason for the notification was a disposal of shares or voting rights.
