In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for carrying out transaction in the shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from 01 April 2020.
