Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the Company has been declared as the successful bidder in the E- auction conducted by the Justice (Retd.) R.M. Lodha Committee (In the Matter of PACL Limited) (“Committee”) regarding the sale of immovable properties situated in Panipat, Haryana as per Tender Document No. JRMLC/HR/PNP_1 dated August 08, 2025. The intimation of the same has been received by the Company on Wednesday, October 01, 2025.

The Tender Document dated August 08, 2025 along with the Corrigendum to the Tender Document dated August 13, 2025 are available on website of SEBI at https://www.sebi.gov.in/PACL.html

The relevant details as prescribed under SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.

3	Size of Agreement	The total Reserve Price of the Properties was Rs. 1,04,09,90,298/- (Rupees One Hundred Four Crores Nine Lakhs Ninety Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Eight Only). The Company has made a final bid of Rs. 402,86,32,459/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Two Crores Eighty Six Lakhs Thirty Two Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Nine Only).
4	Shareholding, if any, in the entity with whom the agreement is executed	NA
