Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Piyush Asija, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has tendered his resignation from his position in pursuit of a new professional opportunity outside the organization effective from the close of business hours of 27[th] February, 2026. Consequent to his resignation, Mr. Piyush Asija will accordingly cease to be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from said date.

The information as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure A and copy of his resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure B.
