Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we wish to inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, i.e. on Thursday, December 04, 2025, have considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Sudhir Garg (DIN: 01585908) as an Additional Director (Independent Non-Executive) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. December 04, 2025 for a first term of five (5) consecutive years, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with Schedule III and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, in connection with appointment are enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
