Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the meeting of Board of Directors of KRBL Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 13 February 2024 inter-alia to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) and Nine Months ended 31 December 2023 which shall be subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company and to transact any other business item as the Board may consider fit.

As informed earlier vide our letter dated 28 December 2023, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Person(s) and their immediate relatives with effect from Monday, 01 January, 2024 up to 48 hours after declaration of financial results to the Stock Exchange(s).
