Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Ashwani Dua (DIN: 01097653), Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors w.e.f. 9 th January 2023 and consequently, he shall not continue to be member of any Committee of Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Dua has mentioned in his letter that due to personal reasons and other preoccupations, he is unable to devote his time to the Company and there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than that. Subject: Resignation from the position of Independent Director and Committee Membership

Dear Sir/Madam,

I regret to inform that due to personal reasons and other pre-occupations, I need to reduce my professional commitments. Because of my other pre-occupation, I am not able to devote my time and attention to KRBL Limited with full commitment. Accordingly, I hereby tender my resignation from the Directorship of the Company and consequently from the membership of all the Committee(s) of the Board of Directors. Kindly accept this resignation with immediate effect and relieve me from my duties with effect from 09 January 2023.
