Sub: Intimation of 32[nd] Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Record Date for payment of Dividend

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that the 32[nd] AGM of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 12.00 Noon (IST) , through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM), in compliance with the applicable laws.

The Notice of AGM along with the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 will be sent by electronic mode to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories in due course.

As informed earlier, the Board of Directors in their meeting dated May 16, 2025 has recommended a final dividend of ₹3.50/- per equity share. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has Wednesday, September 17, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of Members to receive the final dividend. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, shall be paid within the stipulated timelines.

In this regard, the Schedule of AGM is set out hereunder:
