Sub: Intimation of 31[st] Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Record Date for payment of dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that the 31[st] AGM of the members of KRBL Limited will be held on Friday, September 13, 2024, at 12.00 Noon (IST) , through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM), in compliance with the applicable provisions and circulars.

The Notice of AGM along with the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24 will be sent by electronic mode to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories in due course.

The Board of Directors in its meeting dated July 31, 2024 has recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per share on the face value of ₹1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, September 06, 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive the final dividend.

The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, shall be paid within the stipulated timelines.
