Expiry of Options
Krakatoa Resources Limited (the “Company”) advises that 4,075,018 ordinary fully paid shares have been issued on 3 August 2021, arising from the exercise of 4,075,018 options exercisable at $0.05 on or before 31 July 2021.
As a result, the following options have now expired unexercised:

67,040,083 options exercisable at $0.05 on or before 31 July 2021
-
5,000,000 options exercisable at $0.075 on or before 31 July 2021.
The Company also advises that it has issued on 3 August 2021, 5,000,000 unquoted options exercisable at $0.075 on or before 29 November 2023 (existing class) to unrelated parties for corporate advisory services, under existing LR7.1 capacity.
