Please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, August 13th 2021, at 11.00 A.M. at the registered office of Company, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30[th] , 2021.

Further, as disclosed erstwhile vide letter dated 04/01/2020, the Trading Window of the Company pursuant to the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders of the Company would remain closed for designated persons for trading of Company's equity shares, until 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results to the public.
