Sub:- Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – MOU signed with M/s. UNECO Co., Ltd., on 30/10/2023 for setting UP Composite Sleeper Plant in India to service Indian Railways, DFCC/METRO’s, PSU and Private Corporations.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), this is to inform the Exchange that the Company has signed an MOU with M/s. UNECO Co., Ltd., having office at 149, 11[th] Floor, Gasan digital 1-ro, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, Korea on 30/10/2023 for setting UP Composite Sleeper Plant in India to service Indian Railways, DFCC/METRO’s, PSU and Private Corporations. The estimated cost of the Project is around Rs.400 Crores and will be established at Nagarnar near NMDC Steel Plant in Madhya Pradesh.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is attached herewith as “Annexure 1”.
