Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), this is to inform the Exchange that the Company has Obtained Work Order No. KCP/CPU-II/PROJRAILWAY SIDING/WO-001/23-24 dated 25.06.2024 for a value of Rupees 450 Million from The KCP Limited, Cement Production Unit-II, Ramakrishnapuram, Muktyala (Village), Jaggayyapet (Mandal) , NTR District, Andhra Pradesh-521175 for Construction of Railway Siding Facilities on EPC/Turnkey basis for Construction of Railway Siding Facilities on EPC/Turnkey basis for Rail Connectivity, for loading of Cement, Unloading of Imported Coal & Gypsum and loading of Clinker as a future provision for their Cement Unit-II at Muktyala Village, Jaggayyapet Mandal, NTR Dist, Andhra Pradesh in Secunderabad Division of South Central Railway.
