Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), this is to inform the Exchange that the Company has Obtained Work Order dated 27.07.2024 from Fomento Resources Private Limited, 102, 1[st] Floor, Kamat Metropolis-1, Behind Caculo Mall, St. Inez, Panaji, North Goa-403001 towards Design, Consultancy and Railway approvals in Phase-I and execution of the Project on EPC in Phase-II for provision of Railway Siding facilities in Kaley Station in Hubballi Division of South Western Railway. The total estimated cost of the Project is Rs.110 Crores.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is attached herewith as “Annexure 1”.
