- Allotment of 96,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each to as fully paidup pursuant to conversion of 96,00,000 7% Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs.960,00,000/-to the Promoter and Promoters group.
