With reference to the subject cited, this is to inform the Exchange that at meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Thursday, the 12th October, 2023, the Board decided to redeem 10,67,584 Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (“OCRPS”) of face value of Rs.10/-each, at a price of Rs. 796.19/- each, in one or more tranches, to redeem out of the Profits of the Company and to transfer a sum equal to the Nominal amount of shares to be Redeemed to the capital redemption reserve account.
