Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company , at its meeting held on Wednesday 7[th] January, 2026 at 02:00 P.M , has inter alia approved the shifting of the Registered Office of the Company within the same city .

The details of change are as under:

Existing Registered Office Address:

3rd Floor, Sai Krishna, Plot No.797a, Road No.36, Jubileehills, Hyderabad, Shaikpet, Telangana, India, 500033.

New Registered Office Address:

H.No. 6-3-649/14/1, Flat No. 102, Bala Maitri Niwas, Hindi Nagar Colony, Punjagutta, Hyderabad-500082.

The above change is within the same city and does not result in any change in the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies. The shifting shall be effective from 8th January 2026, subject to filing of necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies. The Board Meeting commenced at 02:00 P.M and concluded at 02:30 P.M .
