Further, reference to our letter dated March 25, 2025, regarding intimation of closure of Trading Window, pursuant to Insider Trading Code of the Company, kindly note that trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company has been closed from April 1, 2025 and will remain closed up to forty eight hours after the date of disclosure of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025 to the Stock Exchanges, for all the Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives.
