Sub: Intimation of Completion of tenure Mr. Rabindra Kumar Barik (DIN: 08773785) as an Independent Director of the Company.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule I , this is to inform that Mr. Rabindra Kumar Barik has completed his second and final term of 5 (five) consecutive years as an Independent Director of the Company and consequently has ceased to be Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. July 21 , 2025. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company place on record their deep appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Mr. Rabindra Kumar Barik during his association with the Company as an Independent Director.

Consequent to the Completion of the said second term of Mr. Rabindra Kumar Barik, as an Independent Director of the Company, his membership and chairmanship in various committees of the Board also cease to exist.

The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule 1 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 1 1 , 2024, are annexed herewith as Annexure -- A.
