The Board considered sale of old equipments and vehicles and authorized the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer to execute sale of the old equipments and vehicles strictly in compliance with provisions of the Regulation 23(2), (3) and (4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("LODR Regulations") for related party transactions as per the SEBI Circular dated June 26, 2025.
