Sub: Re- Appointment of Mr. Amit Bansal (DIN: 06750775) as an Executive Director of the company.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has pursuant to recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, re-appointed Mr. Amit Bansal (DIN: 06750775) as an Executive Director of the company for a period of five (5) years with effect from April 16, 2024 to April 15, 2029, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.

It may be noted that Mr. Amit Bansal is not related with any member of the Board of directors and meets all the criteria to be re-appointed as an Executive Director of the company under applicable laws including circulars issued by the stock exchanges from time to time.

The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations along with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11th July, 2023 are given in the enclosed Annexure-l.
