Further, as disclosed erstwhile vide letter dated 02/01/2023, the Trading Window of the Company pursuant to the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders of the Company would remain closed for designated persons for trading of Company's equity shares, until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) to the public.
