With reference to our earlier letter dated July 29, 2023, regarding intimation of date of Board Meeting, which was scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023, to approve inter alia Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, we hereby inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of K&R Rail Engineering Limited (“the Company”) has been postponed and rescheduled on Friday, August 11, 2023.

Further, reference to our letter dated June 30, 2023, regarding intimation of closure of Trading Window, pursuant to Insider Trading Code of the Company, kindly note that trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company has been closed from July 1[st] , 2023 and will remain closed up to forty eight hours after the date of disclosure of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 to the Stock Exchanges, for all the Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives.
