RE: POSTPONMENT OF BOARD MEETING

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the earlier letter dated 03/06/2021 regarding a meeting of Board of Directors of K&R RAIL ENGINEERING LIMITED (Formerly known as Axis Rail India Limited) to be held on Tuesday, JUNE 30, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at 12-5-34 & 35/1 Vijapuri, South Lalaguda Secunderabad AP 500017. The meeting of Board of Directors could not be conducted due to unavailability of Financials due to COVID 2019 , it is decided to Postpone the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company. Now the meeting is schedule to be held on July 9, 2021 to consider, approve and take on record, inter-alia, the Audited financial results for the Year and Quarter ended March 31st 2021.

Further, as disclosed erstwhile vide letter dated 31/03/2021, the Trading Window of the Company pursuant to the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders of the Company would remain closed for designated persons for trading of Company's equity shares, until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results to the public.
