We wish to inform that pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, the board of directors of K&R Rail Engineering Limited at their meeting held on 05th August 2021 which commenced at 02:30 PM and concluded at 03:00PM/, inter alia discussed the following:

1. Approved the change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from Beetal Financial & Computer Services (P) Limited, Delhi to Aarthi Consultants Pvt Ltd., Telangana.

Reason for the change: The Company has its registered office at Telangana and therefore, the RTA is being changed to same State, in order to make the communication smooth, effective and convenient

Date from which the change would be effective: The change will be effective from the day all the documents, database and records in possession of the existing RTA is transferred to the new RTA.
